A globally reputed name in the piping industry, Mr. Braja Mishra is the Founder and Chairman of the RaReAn Group. With his industry experience of over 35 years, he has spearheaded the Group’s strong presence across the US, the Middle East and India. Driven by the philosophy of “it’s ok to make mistakes, but not repeat them”, he continues to set new benchmarks in the industry. - While serving in senior positions, including the CEO role, Mr. Mishra secured deals for Welspun as the major supplier for prestigious pipeline projects like Rex – Kinder Morgan, Ruby – Elpaso, Keystone – TransCanada, Independence Trail – Enterprise (the deepest offshore pipeline project in the world), and many more, for all Oil & Gas majors in the world like Statoil, BP, TransCanada, Enbridge, Kinder Morgan, Maharashtra Seamless, Indian Oil, Gas Authority of India Ltd., Oil & Natural Gas Corporation, Oil India Ltd., Saudi Aramco, Gazprom, Total Exxon, Chevron, Shell, Tenaris, Enterprise Products Partners, Ecopetrol, EQT, Columbia Gas.
- Took business from one unit to multiple units, taking manufacturing capacities to leadership positions across the globe, including USA. During his tenure, he has to his credit, successfully managed 3 JVs with industry leaders in their respective fields, from Germany, Saudi Arabia and Malaysia.
- In January 2009, started FerroTech India Pvt. Ltd. was started as a personal venture, to service the Steel Industry, E&P and Energy. FerroTech India came into being with 2 offices, Mumbai and Delhi, and a work force of 10 persons. Since then it has started trading and representing products like Ferro Alloys, Valves, etc.
- He is a well reputed professional and leading expert in the International Oil & Gas Steel Linepipe industry.

She has served as a Director on the Board of Indian Metals and Ferro Alloys Ltd., and has been actively involved in community causes through Indian Metals Public Charitable Trust and Ila Panda Centre for Arts. She is Chairman of RaReAn FluidTech, a startup manufacturer of HDPE pipes.
Aniruddha Mishra
A graduate of International Business and Marketing from Lynn University, USA, Aniruddha gained professional experience in the manufacturing and trading sectors. During his internship at Jindal Tubular USA LLC and with FerroTech and Teras, he honed his skills and understanding of the global piping industry. Aniruddha’s entrepreneurial vision has led to the launch of RaReAn Fluid-Tech, a world-class manufacturing unit in Odisha that intends to become an export hub for HDPE pipes.

Teras Technology and products DMCC is a trading firm based out of Dubai Multi Commodities Centre Free Zone. It has a track record of supplying over 200,000 MT of value added API steel products, including HR coils and HR plates, to major pipemill manufacturers in the GCC region. It sources its steel from renowned steel plants such as Baosteel, TISCO, Baotou, Angang in China; and Tata, JSPL in India. The largest single order executed is worth approximately USD 30 million.

Teras Piping Solutions LLC, Abu Dhabi is a ADNOC approved supplier for Piping Products. The product range offered includes welded and seamless pipes, fittings, flanges, valves, and ductile iron pipes and fittings. It has ICV certification and ISO 9001 from TUV-Rheinland. Brand INVA will mark the eventual foray of the RaReAn group into the B2C segment with HDPE pipes. True to the RaReAn philosophy, these pipes break the norms of batch testing in the industry. While still being priced at par with the competition. INVA means ‘pervading or spreading throughout’, in Sanskrit. INVA pipes are manufactured at our recently commissioned state-of-the-art plant in Khordha, Odisha. While we have launched with INVA HDPE pipes for agricultural applications, expect INVA to eventually boast of an end-to-end portfolio of piping solutions.
